Cancellations And No Shows:

We understand plans change and life happens but please give us notice as we have other

 guests that could take those slots. In regard to no shows, we will not tolerate them as our
 stylist’s time is precious, as is yours. If you continue to no show to a scheduled appointment,

 you may not be offered another appointment with us or you may have to pay a non-refundable

 fee/deposit, to secure any future appointments with us. This fee/deposit must be paid in full

before re-booking. 

Late Arrivals:

Our appointments are often booked in back to back, so to ensure the salons runs smoothly

 we kindly ask if you’re running late please call to let us know. If you’re going to be later than 15

minutes late, we have the right to re-schedule your appointments or shorten your scheduled service.

Unsatisfied With Result:

Please, please, please tell us. We need to know, or we can’t do anything about it. We really go out of

our way to make our guests happy. You are paying for a service and we want you to feel that it’s worth

 every cent. All we ask is that you give us an opportunity to rectify the situation. Sometimes it can be

something very simple and we would love to be given the chance to fix it. If you do go where else and come

 back to us afterwards, please note we cannot give a refund as we weren’t given the courtesy to rectify it.

If you’re unfortunately unhappy with the result of your appointment, please return within seven days

or your original appointment. Any later than seven days it will be a normal charge for the appointment.

Home Care/Our Guarantee:

To ensure your hair’s health and longevity for your colour, we will always recommend a suitable home

care regime for each client. If you decide not to purchase the product’s we recommend for your

hair – no problem, but we will not be held accountable for any side effects like colour fadge, dehydration, split

 ends etc. We cannot guarantee lasting results if you swim, take medication or use unsuitable shampoos and conditioners.

Length Guide :

Short : Pixi to chin | bob
Medium: Chin | bob to mid shoulder blade
Long : Mid shoulder blade down

The Cut n Colour Bar have the right to determine length and thickness of hair and charge accordingly.
